I have that one day (weekdays) called “refresh day”.
In that day i don’t do study (except there’s a homework) ~
Umm i just do such things lyk; tidy up my room, my books, & my uniform(for the next day of school) after all done i just lay in my bed, put my earphone on, and listening to music all night till i fall asleep.
:D you should tryyyy. It helps you, so you won’t get stress!!
